Accessibility
We want every parent and every kid to be able to use this site β on any device, with any assistive technology.
What we've done
Real text everywhere: headings, buttons and prices are HTML text, not images, so screen readers and zoom work.
Every interactive element works with a keyboard, has a visible focus state, and has an accessible name.
Colour is never the only signal: the insurance checker and the form states use words as well as colour.
Animation respects your system's "reduce motion" setting β with it on, the site is still, and nothing pins or moves.
Body text, headings and form labels are ink on cream at about 15:1 β well past the WCAG 2.2 AA bar β and the type scales with your browser's text size.
Deliberate exception β the accent colours. The coral "Book a free consult" button (cream on coral) measures about 2.8:1, and coral or mint figures on cream measure about 2.8:1 and 2.3:1. Those clear neither the 4.5:1 body bar nor the 3:1 large-text bar. The button is never the only way to reach us: the phone number, the contact form and the booking page all carry the same action in AA-contrast ink. If you need AA everywhere, darken Coral to #CF310D and Mint to #14776B in Assets β Colors: that takes cream-on-coral and the coral and mint figures to about 4.7:1 and 4.9:1. Two small step labels print ink on coral and move the other way, to about 3.3:1 β no single coral can carry both ink and cream text at 4.5:1.
Known limits
The booking calendar is provided by Calendly and inherits its accessibility; if it doesn't work for you, call or text and we'll book you by hand.
Some photos are decorative and are hidden from screen readers on purpose.
